was admitted in Hilary Sittings,

1878, and practised as a member of the firm

of T. T. Mecredy & Son, at 91 Merrion

Square, Dublin.

MR. WILLIAM HORNER, Solicitor, died on

the 27th August,

1938,

at Magheramore,

Limavady.

Mr. Horner served his apprenticeship with

the late Mr. Benjamin H. Lane, Limavady ;

was admitted in Hilary Sittings, 1896, and

practised at Limavady up to 1922, when he

was appointed Assistant Registrar, High

Court of Justice, Northern Ireland.

MR. JOHN T. GUIHAN, Solicitor, died on

the 20th September, 1938, at Kenmare.

Mr. Guihan served his apprenticeship with

the late Mr. David M. Moriarty, Killarney ;

was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1898,

and practised at Kenmare up to 1931.

MR. JOHN HAWTHORNE, Solicitor, died on

the 23rd September, 1938, at his residence,

" Bloomfield," 29 Howth Road, Dublin.

Mr. Hawthorne served his apprenticeship

with the late Mr. Michael Maguire, Bally-

shannon ;

was admitted in Hilary Sittings,

1902, and practised at 15 Eustace Street,

Dublin.

MR. PATRICK J. MCCRYSTAL, Solicitor, died

on the 27th September, 1938, at his residence,

Belview Terrace, Mullingar.

Mr. McCrystal served his apprenticeship

with the late Mr. Edwin E. Mason, Mullingar :

was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1921,

and practised at Mullingar.
