Sugar Syrup

2 spoons Seltzer

to fill

^hake well with ice, strain into goblet, fill with seltzer and serve immedi

ately. (N. B.—^Try this with 2 dashes of Cointreau added.)

2 spoons Seltzer

to fill

Shake well with ice, strain into goblet, fill with seltzer and serve immedi

ately. (N. B.—Any fruit syrup or Maraschino may be substituted for

grenadine in this recipe.)

GINGER FIZZ

Gin

1% jiggers Lemon

2 spoons

Sugar Syrup

2 spoons Ginger Ale

to fill

Shake well with ice, strain into goblet, fill with ginger ale and serve im

mediately. (N.B.—Try substitution of any preferred carbonated water or

beverage in place of ginger ale.)

15^ jiggers Lemon

2 spoons

Sugar Syrup

2 spoons Egg

yolk only

Seltzer

to fill

Shake well with ice, strain into goblet, fill with seltzer and serve im

mediately.

Shake well with ice, strain into goblet, add seltzer to fill and serve
