Hele Midtpartiet af Slotsholmen indtages al

Christiansborg Slot,

Sædet for Danmarks Rigsdag,

Udenrigsministerium og Højesteret. Slottet er gen

opført paa Ruinerne af et tidligere Christiansborg,

der nedbrændte i 1884. Og rundt omkring denne

Danmarks Rigsborg grupperer sig nogle af Kø

benhavns ældste bevarede Bygninger, der saavel

hvad offentlig Anvendelse og historisk Indhold

som hvad deres ydre Udseende angaar, giver hele

Slotsholmen til et af de smukkeste og mest sær-
