Pour into liqueur glass J Cr^me de Cacao,

J Cr6me de Cacao, J Brandy, J Fresh Cream.
Shake welland strain into cocktail glass.
10. Alfonso Cocktail.
Put one lump of sugar in a medium-sized wine
glass, 2 dashes of Secrestat Bitter poured on to the
one lump of ice, one quarter of the glass
Dubonnet", and fill remainder with Champagne,
and squeeze lemon peel on top, and stir slightly.
. Pne above cocktail was very popular at Dcauville
in 1922, during his Majesty the King of Spain's
stay at that popular Normandy resort.
