No. 21.-MALAGA.

To 20 gallons prepared cider add:-

4 gallons good

~Ialaga

wine.

2 ounces crean1 of tartar.

4 pounds bruised raisins.

2 pints siinple sirup.

ounce tincture kino.

quart best brandy.

Color with caramel, or burnt sugar, and inan–

age as in No. I-standing ten days.
