Mix thoroughly, and proceed as in formula

No. 37.-CURRANT WINE.

To 20 gallons pure proof-spirits add:-

6 gallons water.

10 pounds loaf sugar.

20 quarts currants, (the juice.)

Let it stand ten days, and draw it off ready

for use.

No. 38.-CURRANT WINE.

To 20 gallons pure proof-spirits add:-

8 gallons water.

12 pounds loaf sugar.
