Let it stand ten days, then draw it off for

use.

No. 41.-STR.AWBERRY WINE.

To

20 gallons pure spirits add:-

8 gallons water.

20 quarts strawberries, (the juice.)

10 pounds loaf sugar.

2

gallons good Sherry wine.

1 ounce tartaric acid.

Let it stand one week, and draw it off ready

for use.

No. 42.-STR.AWBERRY WINE.

To 10 gallons pure spirits add:-

10 gallons water.

20.quarts strawberries, (the juice.)

15 pounds loaf sugar.

2 gallons good brandy.

2 ounces cream of tartar.

Let it stand one week, and draw it off.
