Let it stand one week, and draw off.

To 20 gallons pure proof-spirit add:-

25 pounds loaf sugar.
20 quarts Morello cherries, (the juice.)
2 gallons g~od brandy.
1 ounce tartaric acid.
i pint orange-flower water.
Let it stand one week, and draw off.
