featured magnesia stabilised zirconia,

The USA factory in New York is ISO
9001:2008 certi ed. It includes the critical
equipment to make Izory from raw
powders. The powder processing expertise
and proprietary ring cycle allows its
engineers and scientists to ensure Izory
has the best material properties.
These properties, the surface nish
speci cations and critical dimensions that
are important to making the best wire
at the lowest cost are guaranteed by a
rigorous quality programme.
The Izory products on the stand will
include rod rings, step cones, multi-wire
rolls, spooler guides, enamelling dies,
annealer pulleys, air wipes and eyelets.

technical service and development, Repsol
manufactures a wide range of speci c
polyole ns for telecommunication and
power cables.

To further strengthen Repsol’s position
in the cable industry the company is
currently engaged in the improvement
and development of new products.
Among these new products, the company
has a new XLPE grade for low voltage
insulation, the new Repsol GridE ect
PSIL210, which allows for its use in a
Sioplas process.
This new grade will become the spearhead
of a whole new line of work with silanes,
where Repsol will develop new low
density polyethylene (LDPE) grades with
a higher melt ow index (MFI) and other
products that may o er great versatility
to produce halogen-free ame-retardant
(HFFR) compounds.
