(Use mixing glass.)

3 dashes lemon juice.

Fill glass with fine ice, mix and strain in cocktail glass; add

cherry.

To 1 jigger of gin add orange syrup to color, a dash of Apol–

linaris, and juice of

Cracked ice and shake well till frosted.

PLANTER'S PUNCH

2 jiggers rum Jamaica.

1 jigger lemon juice.

2 dashes grenadine.

1 teaspoonful sugar.

PLYMOUTH COCKTAIL

2 parts gin.

Italian or French vermouth.

Fill with ice. Shake well and serve with a twisted piece of lemon

or orange peel.
