HERE'S HOW

Choice of liquor...1 jigger Mint
2 sprigs
Sugar Syrup 1 spoon
Bruise mint, add other ingredients and shake well with ice.
Strain into short highball glass with a little cracked ice,
decorate and serve with spoon.
SNOWBALL
Whisky
1 jigger Egg
white only
Sugar Syrup 1 spoon
Shake well with ice and strain into highball glass, half
filled with shaved ice. Decorate lightly and serve with
straws. (Rum,brandy,Bacardi, etc., etc., may be substituted
at will for whisky.)

Shake well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add cube
of ice, seltzer to fill and serve with straws.
STONE FENCE

1 jigger Apple Cider 1 jigger
Seltzer
to fill
Shake well with ice and strain into tall highball glass. Add
cracked ice, seltzer to fill and serve with straws.
STONE WALL
Whisky
1 jigger Lemon
1 spoon
Sugar Syrup 1 spoon Seltzer
to fill
Stir well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add cube
of ice, seltzer to fill and serve with straws.
