Stir well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add cube
of ice, soda to fill and serve.

Sugar Syrup 1 spoon Seltzer
to fill
Stir well with ice and strain into tall highball glass. Add
cube of ice, seltzer to fill, decorate and serve with straws.

Shake well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add
cracked ice, seltzer to fill and serve with straws.
GIN AND SODA

to fill
Stir with cube of ice in tall highball glass. Add seltzer to
fill and serve with straws.
GIN BUCK

Ginger Ale
to fill
Crush lemon in tall highball glass. Add cube of ice, gin
and fill with ginger ale. Stir well and serve with straws.
GIN WHITE ROCK
