sugar

oranges,

the

rind

orange,

strain

through

sieve

into

bowl,

and

add

degrees

whites

eggs,

beaten

to a

froth.

Place

the

bowl

on

ice

till

cold,

then

stir

in

the

rum

and

wine

until

thoroughly

mixed.

Serve
