Milk Punch.
(Use large barg lass.)

desertspoonful of fine sugar.

wineglass of brandy.

wineglass Santa Cruz rum.
Yz
glass fine ice.
Fill with milk, shake the ing redients well together,
strain into a large glass, and grate a little nutmeg on
top.
Hot Milk Punch.
(Use large barglass.)
This punch is made the same as the above, with
the exception that hot milk is used, and no ice.
Whiskey Sour.
(Use small barglass.)
Take one large teaspoonful of pmvdered white
sugar, dissolved in a little Seltzer or Apollinaris
water.
. · The juice of half a small lemon.

wineglass of bourbon or rye whiskey.
Fill the glass full of shaved ice, shake up and
strain into a claret glass. Ornament with berries.
Brandy Sour.
(Use small barglass.)
Take one large teaspoonful of powdered white
sugar, dissolved in a little Apollinaris or seltzer
water.
