How do I sign up a customer for LuxeTrends?

Answer:

LuxeTrends is an exclusive eNewsletter sent to thousands of e-mail subscribers and

also appears online at

LuxuryPortfolio.com/luxetrends.

To subscribe a new client,

click on ‘ADD NEW CUSTOMER’ and then enter the customer information, being

sure to include their e-mail address as it is required for the newsletter. Once you add

the customer, you can then enroll them to receive LuxeTrends.

To subscribe an existing client, select their name from your customer list and then

turn on the LuxeTrends update.

Question:

Can I customize the LuxeTrends newsletter for my client?

Answer:

Yes. Signing up a client through LuxeXchange ensures the eNewsletter is branded

with your company name and personal contact information. You can also enter a

custom message to be included for your clients by clicking on their name in your

customer list and then choosing to ‘modify’ the LuxeTrends newsletter.

How do I sign up a customer for My Luxury Portfolio?

Answer:

This feature allows you to customize preferences for customers so they can

automatically receive an email whenever properties come on the market in their

price point and search area, or whenever a property that meets their criteria has a

price reduction. You can sign up a client by adding a new customer, or clicking on

an existing customer’s name and turning on the Saved Searches and Nightly email

updates.

How do I order print advertising?

Answer:

Print advertising can be ordered through the Print Advertising section in the

LuxeXchange Store. Be sure to check the Media Kit, also available in this section,

for ad schedules, requirements, costs and step-by-step ordering procedures.

How do I order an ad in your magazine?

Answer:

Magazine ads are also ordered through Print Advertising in LuxeXchange. When

available, information on magazine ads will be provided to your company by our

Marketing/Advertising Manager.

Question:

I am trying to reserve a WSJ ad and I don’t see it in the system?

Answer:

If you no longer see an ad available it the system, it may be sold out. Or, the next

ad in the schedule may not yet be available to order. WSJ ads are typically made

available the week following the previous ad’s run date. Check the media kit for the

full schedule.

Question:

How do I get multiple copies of the Luxury Portfolio Magazine to give to my

clients?

Answer:

For our Luxury Portfolio magazine, we send a number of copies to your offices -

you may want to contact your Luxury Portfolio Administrator to check on

availability of magazines. Or, additional copies can also be ordered through our

Marketing/Advertising Manager:
