part port wine

Powdered sugar to taste

One egg

Frappe thoroughly, strain into cocktail

glasses, and grate nutmeg over the top.

Chop

very

fine some chicken

white meat, blend in some butter,

a little cream and the yolks of

two hard boiled eggs. Spread

on rounds of toast, dredge with

grated American cheese and bake

for 5 minutes, then garnish the

top with strips of the white from

the hard boiled eggs.
