6lemons (juice only).

3 quarts of brandy.

I pint of Jamaica rum.

1 gill of curacoa.

2 gills of raspberry syrup.

3 oranges, sliced.

I pineapple, sliced (stir).

I block of ice in center of

bowl and serve.

ENGLISH PUNCH.

(Two Gallon Mixture)

Use a large punch bowl.

2 quarts hot green tea.

2 pounds of loaf sugar.

Dissolve sugar in the tea. Let it

cool. Add

J pint of lemon juice, strain.

I whiskey glass full curacoa.

I wineglassof raspberrysyrup.

1 pint of Jamaica rum.

3 quarts of brandy or whiskey.

2 quarts of Apollinaris water.

Stir well, add sliced fruit and cool

with a block of ice in the center of

bowl; serve in fancy wine glasses.

FIZZ-WATER PUNCH.

(Two Gallons)

6oranges (juice only).

6 tablespoonfuls sugar.

J pint of Maraschino.

I pint of cold English break

fast tea.

I pint of brandy.
