STRAWBERRY FIZZ
In shaker: the juice ofone-half
Lemon, halfteaspoon of Sugar,
three or four crushed Straw
berries, one-half glass of Gin:
shake well,strain intofizz glass,
add Schweppes soda water or
syphon and serve.
TEXAS FIZZ
In shaker: the juices of one-
quarter Lemon and quarter
Orange, a dash of Grenadine,
one-half glass of Gin; shake
well, strain into fizz glass, fill
with Champagne and serve.
VIOLET FIZZ
In shaker: the juice of one-
half Lemon,a teaspoon each of
Raspberry syrup and fresh
Cream, one-half glass of Gin;
shake well,straln into fizz glass,
add Schweppes soda water or
syphon and serve.
