Inclusion:
Cohort studies that compared irradiated early breast cancer patients with un-
irradiated patients.
Outcome:
Studies had to report risk estimates of second cancer; either as the RR or HR
together with the corresponding 95% CI.
Meta-analysis based on random effects models; to allow for between study variation.
