Fill
your
glass
with
ice;
shake
well,
strain
into
two
long,
thin
glasses;
crown
them
with
the whites
of
the
two
eggs
beaten
to
a
hard
consistency,
and
sprinkle
colored
sugar
on
the
top
of
it.
