(Use small wine-glass.)

Chartreuse.

3 drops Angostura bitters.

CALIFORNIA WINE COBBLER.

(tTse large soda-water gla..cts.)

Fill glass with finely shaved ice.

Juice of r orange.

Stir well; dress with fruit.

Top with Port wine. Serve with a straw.

CATAWBA COBBLER.

(Use large bar glass.)

teaspoonful powdered sugar, dissolved in a little

water.
