line and D631 high speed-bunching
machine with two ARH type pay-off
heads.
The 16-wire MMH101 drawing machine
on display with integrated continuous
annealer RM141 has been optimised
for the production of fine multiwire
bundles with single wire diameters of
up to 0.1mm. These high quality wires
are characterised by homogeneous
properties along the entire length and
surpass the strictest specifications and
processing requirements concerning
electrical conductivity, surface quality
and mechanical properties.
The MMH multiwire drawing machines
are designed in 8- to 42-wire versions
for copper wires and a multitude of
specific applications. The machines
cover a finished wire diameter range
from 0.05 to 1.35mm. In addition to
multiwire drawing machines for copper
wire, Niehoff offers 8- and 16-wire
