The Chinese presence of the group,
successfully established in Changzhou
since 1999, contributes to strengthen
this position; Gauder Group China is
a pioneer for manufacturing foreign
rotating cable machinery in China
with its SETIC machines for LAN
cable as well as for bunching/cabling
while rigorously maintaining European
quality standards.
Machines manufactured by Gauder
Group China include a cost-effective
SETIC triple twist line for the
production of high quality pairs for cat.
6/6e LAN cables up to 6,000tpm.
This will be exhibited at wire China.
The line is composed of a double twist
pairing machine TP 560 – specifically
designed for high-speed top per-
formance pairing and assembling of
insulated conductors and high quality
pairs production – coupled with the
specific DHD TT 560 pay-off.
Also on the stand, the SETIC – Gauder
Group double twist machine designed
for bunching/stranding of 7, 19, 37
wires (Unilay construction) or multi-
wires at production speed up to
6,000tpm. Two versions are available –
a motorised driven capstan, type TC
630i, or a change gear capstan,
TD 630i.
Pourtier – Gauder Group, manufacturer
of large high voltage and extra high
voltage machines, will display large
posters of Milliken cable factories.
For the second-hand machine market,
Gauder Group will demonstrate its
resale equipment possibilities on a
wide plasma screen, using the
dedicated Gauder Group Explorer
software.
