Raspberry Cream Frappe.

Thii:> delicious t emperance drink is made i n the

following manner: Fill a long thin punch-glass

half-foll fine ice, add one jigger raspberry syrup, fill

up the glass two-thirds with cream or milk, t hen

fill with siphon vichy ; ·mix . Trim with fruit.

Serve with straws.

French Vermouth Frappe.

Fm two mixing-glasses with fine ice ; pour into

one of them one jigger French vermouth. Turn the

second glass on top of the fi rst, reverse the glasses

so as to allow the liquid t o flow from one glass

to

the other, repea t this until the mi xture is ver y cold,

strain into a thin glass, a dd a squirt of seltzer.

Italian Vermouth Frappe.

Prepare in the same manner as French V er–

mouth Frappe, using Italia n vermouth in place of

French.

Whiskey Punch Frappe.

Prepare same as Brandy Punch Frappe, using

whiskey in place of

b~:andy.

French Cafe Royal.

Three ponies black coffee, one pony brandy,

ml:tke

very cold. ·serve after dinner.
