Use large bar glass.
Ice, shaved; fill up glass.
Sherry, 2 win eglasses.
Sugar, 2 teaspoonfuls.
Lemon juice, 3 clashes.
Stir ; dress with fruit ; top off with
a little claret and serve with a straw.
