1 part rum
A dash of orange bitters
A dash of Angostura bitters
Sweeten with sugar to taste
Twist a piece of lemon peel into each
glass.
Mix together some parme–
san cheese and heavy sour cream.
Spread this on crackers, sprinkle
with finely chopped chives, or a
little grated onion.
Garnish
with parsley, and bake in the
oven until the cheese melts.
