part heavy cream
Frappe vigorously in plenty of ice, and
serve in glasses that have been well
chilled.
Cream a package of cream
cheese with some butter, or heavy
cream. Add a teaspoonful of
celery seed, and a tablespoon of
Worcestershire sauce, a dash of
red
pepper
and a pinch of thyme.
Mix well. Spread on crackers,
and garnish with paprika.
