WELLNESS THRU CARDIO COACHING

Wouldn’t it make sense to train your heart to

be the strongest muscle in your body?

The more fit your heart is, the more fit you will

be and in turn the closer you will be to

reaching your fitness goals. Cardio-Coaching

will strengthen your heart, help you lose

weight, build muscle and improve your health!

Cardiovascular exercise is a key component

to any fitness routine. Cardiovascular trainers

specialize in custom designed programs

based on a combination of your needs and

your goals.

Whether you train as an athlete or are

working to improve your cardiopulmonary

condition, regulate your Diabetes, are looking

to maintain a healthy heart and weight, or

wish to learn how to design a safe and

effective program for yourself, this program

is designed for you!

In this program you will be guided through

four levels of training beginning from warm

up to cool down. You will be guided through

a safe and effective cardiovascular exercise

plan that will teach you your appropriate

training heart rate zones and Met (energy)

levels. We utilize training tools such as heart

rate monitors, pulse oximeters, perceived

exertion scales, and blood pressure cuffs, for

monitoring your success.
