effective program for yourself, this program
is designed for you!
In this program you will be guided through
four levels of training beginning from warm
up to cool down. You will be guided through
a safe and effective cardiovascular exercise
plan that will teach you your appropriate
training heart rate zones and Met (energy)
levels. We utilize training tools such as heart
rate monitors, pulse oximeters, perceived
exertion scales, and blood pressure cuffs, for
monitoring your success.
