WHISKY SOUB.

Santa Cruz Sour .

(Use small bar-gla s.)

in a little Seltzer or Apollinaris water.

1 wine-glass of Santa Cruz runL

Take 1 large< tea-spoonful of white sugar dissolved '

:3 clashes of lemon juice.

Fill the glass full of shaved ice, shake up and strain

into a claret olass, ornament with orange and berries

in season.

Gin Sour .

(Use small bar-glass.)

in a little Seltzer or Apollinaris water.

2 or 3 dashes of lemonjuice.

1 wine-glass of Holland or Old Tom gin.

Take 1 large tea-spoonful of white sugar d i ssolved

kill the glass full of shaved ice, shake up, and strain

pineapple and berries.

Take 1 large tea-spoonful of pov dered white sugar,

dissolved in a little Seltzer or Apollinaris water.

Fill the glass full of shaved ice, shake up and strain
