Whisky

2 jiggers Pineapple Juice... jigger

Sugar Syrup

2 spoons Seltzer

to fill

Stir well with ice and strain into goblet. Add cracked ice, seltzer to fill,

decorate and serve with straws.

FRENCH 75 MM.

Gin

Yi jigger Sweet-Sour

% jigger

Champagne

to fill

Shake well with ice and strain into chilled goblet. Add Champagne to

fill and serve.

GIN DAISY

Gin

1 jigger Sweet-Sour

2 spoons

Absinthe

3 dashes Seltzer

to fill

Shake well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add lump of ice, fill

with seltzer and serve with straws.

GIN DAISY, No.2

2 jiggers Raspberry Syrup...1 jigger

Lemon

1 spoon Seltzer

to fill

Shake well with ice and strain into goblet. Add cracked ice, seltzer to

fill, decorate and serve with straws.

GIN-MINT PUNCH

Gin

2 jiggers Mint

4 sprigs

Sweet-Sour

2 spoons Ginger Ale

to fill

Bruise mint with sweet-sour. Add lump of ice and gin. Stir well

and strain into goblet. Add lump of ice, fill with ginger ale, decorate

and serve with straws.

GOSSAMER

lYi jiggers Creme de Menthe. jigger

Champagne

to fill

Shake well with ice and strain into chilled goblet. Add segments of

orange. Champagne to fill and serve.

GREEN DRAGON

Absinthe

I jigger Cream

1 jigger

Milk

1 jigger Sugar Syrup ... jigger

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled goblet and serve with straws.
