it
opens

pores
of
the
entire

BRANDY
SMASH.
Use
a
mixing
glass.
I
spoonful
of
sugar
dissolved
in
small
quantity
of
mineral
water.
Crush
3
or
4
sprays
of
mint
until
essence
is
extracted.

brandy
(Hennessey).
Fill
the
glass
with
fine
ice, stir
well,
and
strain
into
a
sour
glass;
add
slice
of
orange,
lemon
and
fruit
in
season.
