DCM offers a range of cable testing
solutions – from twisted pairs to
RF coaxial cables – and a complete
line of fully automatic test and
measurement solutions for LAN Cables
(Category 5e, 6, 7), RF coaxial cables,
and telecom cables.
Test solutions are offered for 4-pair,
25-pair, 50-pair and 102-pair systems,
LAN cable test solutions for CAT 5e,
augmented CAT 6, alien crosstalk and
CAT 7.
RF coaxial cable test solutions are
available for bulk cable to 6 GHz and
cable assemblies to 40 GHz, and
telecom cable test solutions for
bulk cables including xDSL testing to
100 MHz.

Die Quip manufactures die-finishing
equipment used in the wire bar,
and tube-drawing industry to re-
work tungsten carbide dies from
0.75-125mm diameter. Semi-automatic
and manual machines are available to
fit the polishing or re-cutting needs of
every mill. Die Quip equipment is
designed and built for a long and
productive life.
DS/2 Die Saver is a manual grinding
and semi-automatic polishing machine
featuring an NSK electric spindle and
angle setting gauge.
The DS2 is a multipurpose machine for
reworking dies with easy to use
grinding and polishing systems. DS2
benefits from a powerful grinding
spindle, precision angle setting and
heavy-duty construction.
Wire or bar mills that use larger than
6mm diameter dies can use the BG6
Die Grinder with that features the most
powerful grinding spindle available
(1.2 kW). This power, in combination
with a 12-degree grinding concept and
special polishing pins, will provide
finished dies, polished to a 2-4 Ra
finish without hand polishing.
Die Quip also provides the operator
training and materials needed to make
and maintain dies. Die design material
and consulting is also available to help
customers produce more tons per die.
