The Service Request Security View
The
Security
view allows the domain administrator to adjust the security settings for the request. This
feature is only available to the domain administrator. Changes made to the
Security
settings only apply to
the service request currently being viewed, and these changes override the security settings that apply to the
request template. To change the security settings for the template, the domain administrator must log in to
Designer and update the security for the template.
