MAIDEN'S BLUSH

Gin

jiggers Grenadine

2 spoons

Oxygenee

2 dashes

Shake well with ice, strain into short highball glass and serve.

MELE CASSIS

Cognac

jigger Crcme de Cassis . jigger

Pour into chilled cocktail glass and serve with ice water chaser.

MEXICAN

Gin

2 jiggers Lemon

1 siice

Cover lemon with layer table salt. Place gin in whisky glass. Wipe

tongue with salted lemon, drink gpn and again wipe tongue.

MILK PUNCH

Whisky

2 jiggers Rum

1 spoon

Milk

2 jiggers Sugar Syrup

2 spoons

Nutmeg

to taste

Shake vigorously with ice, strain into tall highball glass, grate nutmeg

over and serve with straws. (N. B.: Brandy may be substituted for

whisky in this recipe. Also, if room is left in glass, a dash or two of

seltzer will prove pleasing.)

1 dash Milk

2 jiggers

Sugar Syrup

2 spoons Nutmeg

to taste

Shake vigorously with ice, strain into tall highball glass, grate nutmeg

over and serve with straws.

1 dash Milk

2 jiggers

Nutmeg

PANTHER'S BREATH

Curacoa

jigger Cream

Bitters

1 dash

Place curacoa in chilled cocktail glass, float cream over top, add

bitters and serve with cut straw.
