whole. Add liqueurs, cover with beaten white of egg, and serve.

Pour carefully as numbered into chilled pousse cafe glass so that ingredi
ents will not mix and serve with cut straws.

Orange Bitters
1 dash Bitters
2 drops
Stir well with ice, strain into short highball glass, twist lemon peel over
and serve.

to fill
Shake well with ice, strain into short highball glass, add soda to fill and
serve with straws.
