Honorarias of £50 was voted to the General Secretary, the Financial Secretary and
the Assistant Secretary,
The Hon.Sec. said that the time was fast approaching when, if the Club was to
progress and not stand still, part-time help would be required and instanced how the
work had grown in the past few years. Opportunities for further activities were being
presented on every hand and he looked forward to the day when the Club would
have an office in the town and a paid Assistant.
The A.G.M. was fixed for Jan.26th.
The following Trials were run;-
Liddle Memorial Gup - winner T.A.Jackson.
Ryan Gup - " T.H.Blackburn.
Gjers Cup - " J.A.Harris.
Gilchrist Bowl - " H.I.Pybus.
Price Cup - " J.E.Rreat.
John Gjers Cup — " F.C.Barker.
A Trial confined to Ladies was run on June 22nd, winner being Miss Olive Marsh.
Shepherds Hill - Fastest time of the Day was made by R.F.Parkinson.
The Hepworth & Grandage Cup for the Best Aggregate Performance -
A.W.Armstrong.
