ADDING VALUE & BUILDING LOYALTY

Wellness Centres are extremely effective

ways to add value and build rewarding

relationships with your customers. They are

instrumental in cultivating customer loyalty as

they provide an invaluable support setting and

a place to regularly meet, which in turn ensures

you can effectively track your customers’

progress, recognise achievements and

ultimately build a rewarding community with

like-minded people.

Wellness Centre

What is a Wellness Centre?

Wellness Centres are designed to be a social environment

where attendees can meet regularly, sample products,

talk about their progress and offer each other support

and friendship.

Potential customers and customers can only attend a

Wellness Centre by personal invitation.

How it can help you find customers

and add value:

Many people enjoy the experience of regularly attending

a Wellness Centre so much that they become loyal, long-

term customers or in time, Herbalife Members themselves.

Whichever Business Methods you are operating, being

in a professional and relaxed environment to sample and

talk about products, carry out presentations and Wellness

Evaluations or talk about the business opportunity, is

great for developing personal relationships.

Fixed Locations, sometimes called Hubs or Offices, are a base in

which to operate some of your Herbalife Business Methods and

community activities.

They act as a physical location for casual get-together where people with similar nutrition goals can bond and become their own best

support group as they attend your activities, including: Shake Parties, Wellness Evaluations, Healthy Breakfast and Fit Club.

They can be operated on your own or the location could be shared with other Herbalife Members in your local area.

When you are just starting out as a Member, don't rush to open a Fixed Location. Instead, use a local community centre or church hall so

you can focus on creating a community of customers and supporting them. When you do decide to open a Fixed Location, remember

there are a number of financial considerations to take into account, such as cash flow and overheads including rent/lease on the premises,

business rates, utility bills, etc., as well as operating considerations such as planning your working day, working effectively with your group and

managing the activities you hold in your club. Full information on Fixed Locations can be found in the Use, Wear, Talk guide at
