The Club was represented in the TT Races by F W Dixon on an Indian in the
Senior Race. He suffered a puncture on the 4
th
lap which spoilt his chance of
success. He also competed in the St. Andrews Speed Trials, being successful in
2 events and competed at Chatsworth and Sutton Bank. Stan Jones competed
in the 6 Days Trial and obtained a Gold Medal. T Wright competed in the
Cambridge Trials and was successful in 3 classes. Obtaining a Gold Medal in
each.
New Members Elected
50 new members were elected including J P Bell, T W Denny, Phil Bach, G
Wallace, E B Young, H V Barker, H Blincoe, N Thompson, DR S Belas & A V
Buttress.
